Many of our products are personalized, handmade, or made to order based on information provided by the customer, including names, text, colors, reference photos, designs, sizes, and other customization requests.
Because handmade and customized products are individually created, slight variations in appearance, color, dimensions, stitching, shape, finish, or placement may occur.
These natural variations are part of the handmade and custom-made process and are not necessarily considered defects.
3. Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Names
- Text
- Shipping address
- Reference photos
- Colors
- Sizes
- Personalization instructions
- Design requirements
- Other special requests
ThaChi Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate information submitted by the customer.
4. Custom Orders and Approvals
For selected personalized products, we may request additional information, photos, or clarification before production begins.
For some custom products, we may provide a preview, design proof, or work-in-progress image.
Customers are responsible for reviewing any preview carefully and notifying us promptly if changes are required.
Once the customer has approved the design, or once production has started, major changes may no longer be possible.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Because many products are custom-made, cancellation or modification may not be possible once production has begun.
Any approved cancellation is subject to our current cancellation policy shown on our website.
6. Production and Processing Time
Most products at ThaChi Creations are made to order.
Estimated production times are:
- Custom Metal Signs: approximately 3–5 business days
- Crochet Products: approximately 5–8 business days
Processing time begins after we have received all required personalization details, reference photos, names, text, colors, and other information necessary to create the order.
Production time may take longer if:
- Additional reference photos are required
- Customer clarification is needed
- Design revisions are requested
- The order includes a large quantity
- The customization is unusually complex
- Production volume is unusually high
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on destination, shipping method, carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other external factors.
Estimated delivery dates shown on our website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
ThaChi Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Transportation disruptions
- Incorrect customer addresses
- Postal service delays
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

8. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped whenever tracking is available.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting us if there is a significant delivery issue.
9. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is delayed, returned, or lost because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, ThaChi Creations may not be responsible for the resulting loss.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because many of our products are personalized, handmade, or made to order, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect ordering by the customer
- Incorrect personalization information provided by the customer
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Depending on the issue, we may offer an appropriate solution such as:

- Partial refund
- Full refund

11. Handmade Product Variations
Handmade crochet products may have slight differences in:

These variations are normal for handmade products and are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to recreate important details shown in reference photos, but handmade products cannot be expected to be an exact photographic replica.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, and details accurately.
However, actual colors may vary due to:

- Monitor calibration
- Material batches
- Yarn batches
- Handmade variations

Customer-submitted photos and materials are used only as needed to fulfill the custom order, provide customer support, or complete the requested service.
Customers should not submit materials they do not have permission to use.
